9:15 – 9:30am: Highway Department Update

*Transfer Station: more hours especially on holiday weekends, expand to be open on Mondays, revising procedures to not require license plates

*166 Beartown Mtn Rd request for a culvert

*Placing “Reduced speed” signs and speed bumps near the beach

9:30 – 9:45am: Donald Torrico, Building Commissioner

9:45 - 10am: Parks Dept. to discuss requests made at the 2^nd homeowner’s meeting

10am – end of meeting:

Approve 8.6.12 minutes
Sign payables warrants
Review IGR No. 02-210, discuss adopting local program guidelines as suggested for the Senior Property Tax Work-Off Abatement which was accepted at the 2007 Annual Town Meeting
Review mail
Annual appointments/reappointments

Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 39 § 23C: Regulation of participation by public in open meetings. No person shall address a public meeting of a governmental body without permission of the presiding officer at such meeting, and all persons shall, at the request of such presiding officer, be silent. If, after warning from the presiding officer, a person persists in disorderly behavior, said officer may order him/her to withdraw from the meeting, and, if he/she does not withdraw, may order a constable.
